1 things i have to say..
1: the rice on the bottom shouldn’t get burnt. if it does it means the heat was too high or there wasn’t enough water
2: i would highly recommend you mix the rice vinegar mixture in a different container other then splashing it on the rice..

Thanks for the tip, I’ll try adjusting the water next time and see if it helps.
